Terms of Stay

The terms of stay at Jūras dzintars have been established to provide guests with a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable experience. All guests are encouraged to adhere to these rules for mutual respect and convenience.

Check-in time: from 15:00.
Check-out time: by 11:00.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible by prior arrangement with the administration, depending on availability, and may incur an additional fee.
The guesthouse may only be used by registered guests. Any additional guests must be approved by the administration.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room’s inventory or equipment. Compensation will be required for intentional damage.
For longer stays, room cleaning will occur by agreement. If additional cleaning is required, it can be requested from the administration and may incur an extra charge.
Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 07:00 to ensure that other guests can rest undisturbed. Loud behavior, parties, or noise during this time is not permitted.
Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement with the guesthouse administration. An additional fee may apply for pet stays. Pets must be supervised and kept clean. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets.
Smoking in rooms and common areas is strictly prohibited. A fine of 50 EUR may be imposed for violating the no-smoking policy.
Alcohol consumption must not lead to disturbances or damage to the guesthouse property.
Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for supervising and ensuring the safety of children. Activities for children on the guesthouse premises should be monitored by parents to prevent possible accidents.
Hot tub and sauna reservations must be made in advance, subject to availability. Hot tub and sauna equipment should be used carefully; any damages will need to be compensated.
Guests must adhere to safety regulations and sanitary requirements explained by the staff.
The guesthouse is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
Open flames, candles, or electrical devices that do not meet the guesthouse safety standards are prohibited. In case of fire, immediately inform the guesthouse administration at +371 28 675 277 or call 112.
Parking is available on the guesthouse premises. The guesthouse is not responsible for vehicles or belongings left in the parking area.
Guests are required to maintain cleanliness on the guesthouse premises to ensure a pleasant environment for everyone.
Waste should be disposed of in designated containers in an environmentally friendly manner.

Please respect the privacy and rights of other guests to enjoy a peaceful stay! Any antisocial or disruptive behavior may result in termination of your stay without compensation.
